Privacy

Your data, plainly.

What we collect when you take the test or join the Brief, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. No legal fog.

Who we are

This website is run by LAGS International Consulting ("LAGS", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here.

For anything about your data, write to privacy@lagsconsulting.com. A partner reads every message.

What we collect

When you take the test and send the form

Your answers to the three questions, your name, company, email, phone number (optional), your message, and the file number shown on screen.

When you join the Brief list

Your email address.

When you browse, only if you click Accept

Google Analytics records which pages and steps you view, how you move through the test, the film and the FAQ, your approximate location (country and city), device, browser and the site that referred you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.

Always, to deliver the site

Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data so the site can load and to protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive data such as health information. Please don't share confidential deal details in the form; we'll sign an NDA first.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising or automated decisions that affect you. The verdict at the end of the test is a quick indication, not a decision about you.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

Some of these providers store data in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If we work together, we may share what's necessary with our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants), who are bound by confidentiality. We will disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Cookies and local storage

We keep this minimal. Fonts and the film are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts or a video platform.

NameWhat it doesTypeLasts
lags_consentRemembers your cookie choiceNecessary (local storage)6 months
lags_seenRemembers that you've seen the test, so it doesn't open on every visitNecessary (local storage)Until you clear it
_ga, _ga_*Google Analytics: tells visits apart and measures how the site is usedAnalytics, only after Accept13 months

Google Analytics does not load at all until you click Accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline. You can change your choice whenever you like: . Declining after accepting removes the analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Write to privacy@lagsconsulting.com. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.

If you're unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs). If you live in the EU, you can also contact your local data protection authority.

Security

The site runs only over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions are visible only to LAGS partners, and access to our accounts is protected with two-step verification.

The law behind this

We process personal data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website is meant for businesses and professionals, not for children.

Changes

If we change how we use data, we'll update this page and the date below. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
